Returns Information

All returns must be made within 30 days of ship. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns made after 30 days may be ineligible for full or partial refund or credit.

Gift Cards are non-refundable

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Enter your order# and email

Follow the prompts to select the product, the reason and how to return your item(s).

Pack up your item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent and enclose your printed RMA Packing Slip.

If you are returning an item within Hong Kong and have received a prepaid return label, please affix the label to the package and drop it off at the designated courier location.

If you are returning an item from outside Hong Kong, please use your preferred carrier and mail the package back to:

A $9.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the shipping and restocking costs of the return.

While we process the refund at the time of return, please note, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

luckincms.com does not accept returns from other retailers. 


Shipping Protection

We provide shipping protection. If your order has a problem in transit, like damage or theft, you can file a claim for reimbursement. To do so, start a return and select the "Report Shipping Issue" option, then follow the prompts.
